CORTRIATRIUM DEXTER IN LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY (CASE REPORT)

AFYON KOCATEPE UNIVERSITY

A 57-years-old man suffering from a dexter cor triatrium was hospitalized for laparoscopic surgical treatment of acute cholecystectomy. The anesthetic strategy, which was decided on involved setting up a haemodynamic monitoring prior to induction of a general anesthesia with etomidate, fentanil, rocuronium bromide and maintained with desflurane, remifentanil and rocuronium bromide. This strategy allowed the hemodynamic to be stabilized during the operation. The improvement of cholecystectomy immediately after coming out of the operating theatre allowed the patient to be briefly monitored in the intensive care unit and to be allowed home on the 2th days following the operation.
